Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome whenever the schedule allows. Booking ahead online is the best way to guarantee your preferred time.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give at least two hours' notice when cancelling a service. Cancellations made less than two hours before the scheduled start time incur a $20 no-show fee.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Enter through the main entrance on Simmons and continue straight down the main hall — our suite is on the right at the end. If the "Massage In Session" sign is displayed, please relax in the main lobby and we'll come out to escort you in as soon as the previous session finishes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. MDeMakMak™ loyalty points can also be applied toward eligible services and products (points can't cover sales tax).
Is parking and accessibility available?
Yes — free on-site parking, disabled access, and WiFi are all available at the studio.
Can I bring my kids?
The studio is an adults-only, quiet space so every guest can fully unwind. We also offer service in English and Thai.
